I’ve been a Pronto Power customer for about 10 years. I prepay when my balance gets low and I prepay enough to last for 6 weeks or more. Every morning they send me details about how much Electricity I used from days before. I’ve noticed several times that instead of the days left on balance go up occasionally, also down. I’ve encouraged my daughter to sign up for Pronto Power, because she’s under the big Power Player: TXU. I’ll never go back to TXU! Oncor services Pronto, TXU and others when there’s an emergency electric blackout.
I’ve been having a hard time since they changed there quick payment method on the website and they never answer wn you call customer service
BUT just wn I was about to lose it they called me back and the lady was very helpful she added money to my account and took my card on file an explained to me the new way to add money to my account 😊
I have had my power with Pronto now for almost a year, and they are great. I never have had any problems with my power. I totally love how I get daily updates on power usage. This is a valuable tool in helping me stay within budget, and I am learning what appliances use the most power. The customer service is great. Upbeat and very helpful. I have recommended them to several friends.
