I have had my power with Pronto now for almost a year, and they are great. I never have had any problems with my power. I totally love how I get daily updates on power usage. This is a valuable tool in helping me stay within budget, and I am learning what appliances use the most power. The customer service is great. Upbeat and very helpful. I have recommended them to several friends.

I had an issue today that had ne quit upset and very annoyed. The first Rep that I spoke with completely lied to me, as if I am an idiot. When I ask to speak with a supervisor she had me on hold for almost 20 mins. Unacceptable!!
I hung up, called back and was connected to this very lovely young man named Javier. I’m sorry, but I didn’t get his last name or rep #. However, this young man was knowledgeable of his product, told me not to worry he would do his best to help me. He did just that and beyond. He made sure that Oncor had my new account covered, so that there are no issues in the future.
He stated that he’s been with your company for only 5 months, this young man need to be training people. Hurry to put him in a management position. The first rep that I spoke with could definitely benefit- learning from Javier…
