Pronto After-Hours

To assist you with account questions during after hours, here are some helpful tips, tools and resources:

• Please make your payment online to avoid long hold times. You can click on the image to the right to take you to quick pay.
• If you have a card on file, please text the number you get your daily message from with the amount you want to pay using the credit card on file. Your payment will be processed the next business day if sent after hours. For immediate assistance, please use our quick pay/online pay option.
• All requests (ex. Extensions) need to be sent to the customer service box: service@powermepronto.com or texted to the number you receive your message from.
• To make a payment at locations with MoneyGram, use receiver code 15060.

• Disconnect orders will be based on Highest owed to lowest and will have a maxed disconnect of 500 customers.
