I am utterly pleased with the service I receive at pronto power when temperatures started soaring and my air conditioner had to work harder which means my bill went up and I didn’t have the new amount pronto power customer service stepped up and said I got your back and provided me with the rest of the amount I needed for my bill and made me feel like they really care about their customers the world needs more compassion like this
First and foremost, I can t speak for everyone else who has experienced Pronto power but as a customer I can speak for myself. I’ve been with pronto almost 2 months and I’m very satisfied with your services. Their agents are very sweet, helpful,and know how to satisfy a customer. Which let me know that prompto that Pronto Power not made with love they train their employees to do the same. Velsca sum my matter today with is highly CSR services and I can’t let him go unknown. I also spoke to a very kind lady name Kayla omg her charisma was on point. She understood my call and I communication was very short polite and also unique because she made my heart smile. I’ve been with pronto power for several years, always been fantastic, the support team is professional but understanding at the same time. I had a baby in April and was on maternity leave and needed assistance more than ever. They were there to help in every way possible. We had a couple mishaps, but overall, I wouldn’t change companies if someone paid me. Highly recommend!
