When I first lost my job, I ran up my credit cards trying to make it through the rough times. Ruined my credit, lost my house, I had to move into an apartment. I could not get my electric company to help me out. 15 years with TXU and now I needed their help, they turned their back on me. After reviewing 3 prepaid companies (Payless, Hello, Pronto) I choose Pronto Power, the rates were the cheapest, it was only $20 to get started, they offered my second chance to get monthly bills. I am happy to say after a year, I am still on Pronto’s prepaid, zero disconnections, and I decided that Pronto’s prepaid was easy to understand, really cheap as far as rates go, I have used the free extensions till payday. These guys have really looked out for me and my family, I am proud to say “I am Pronto Power customer.”

Pronto Power is definitely somewhere I would recommend my friends and family to. They work with you in these troubling times.

Rates are very reasonable as well and the whole process is very convenient.
