Then again, you might not. The contractor doesn\u2019t know until they perform your home energy audit.<\/p>\n But the point is you\u2019ll learn exactly what you need to repair at your home to dramatically increase your energy efficiency. You could experience 20-30% in savings \u2013 far more than you\u2019d ever get from installing a new HVAC system (which, when done wrong, can actually make you more inefficient).<\/p>\n Why don\u2019t home energy audits get more attention?<\/p>\n We don\u2019t know. But they certainly exist.
