With Pronto Power, you get the lowest start-up rates AND the lowest prepaid electric rates in all of Texas. It’s the best dynamic duo you can get anywhere in the market.

…But what’s the catch?

Well, there is none.

You actually do pay the lowest rates in all of Texas. But you don’t get whacked by any hidden fees of any sort. And there’s none of this “estimated charges” silliness that you might experience with other companies.

We’re interested in long-term relationships with customers like you. You see, many companies take a short-sighted “churn and burn” approach.

They get customers in with low advertised rates, nail them with all kinds of fees once they’re in, and then let them leave once they get angry and frustrated. Then they get in more, and repeat the whole process all over.

It’s one way to make a profit.

…But, the other way is to keep prices low, never charge any fees of any kind, and keep customers longer – ideally for many years. And that’s our approach at Pronto Power.

So, it’s really a win-win for everyone. You get great service and the lowest prices in Texas. We get more profit over the long term.

Look, the lowest electricity rates in all of Texas are just the beginning. At Pronto Power, you never pay any fees of any kind. For any reason. Ever.

There’s no connection fee or disconnection fee. You don’t pay a fee to customer service for taking your payment over the phone. There’s no massive deposit to pay up-front.

Yes. It really works like that. You get daily updates by phone or text (or both) that tell you your account balance. And then you keep your account positive with just a single penny and your electricity stays on.

If you run into financial trouble and can’t pay, simply call our friendly customer service team. They’re happy and ready to help.
