When Texas deregulated its energy service, companies from around the state competed to offer customers the best possible rates for electricity. If you find you cannot pay your bill on time, let us know as quickly as possible. We can work with you and offer a free extension on your bill until your next paycheck. Our customer service team is willing to help when you need it most. If you receive a text or email stating your account requires more funds and you are unable to pay, contact us before 1:00 in the afternoon and we will ensure your account remains on until your next paycheck.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Beginning service with Pronto Power will not eat a hole through your wallet. Pronto Power never charges any up-front charges to our new customers. The only out of pocket expense you will have is a small amount of money you add into your account. This money is yours. You use it to pay for power until it is time to add more, and you can then add money any time. With our free notification service, we text or email you every morning, and notify you when your account is running low to let you know it\u2019s time to add additional funds.
