STEP BY STEP PROCESS
How It Works

Pronto Power gives you the freedom and flexibility to be in control of your electricity costs. You decide how much you want to purchase and pay as often as you would like. All that is required is a valid email and cell phone number with SMS text capability. You must be able to receive texts or emails as this is how we will alert you that your account is running low.

Step 1
Sign Up

For one of our plans by calling us at 1-844-621-2852 and selecting which fits your budget best. Again, no contract is required and no credit check is necessary.

Step 2
Receive Confirmation

Receive confirmation once your service has been set up and ready to use. Most can be installed within the hour with a smart meter.

Step 3
Pay to Connect Service

Turn your power on within the hour for just $50. This is not a deposit — it goes to the use of your electricity.

Step 4
Receive Notifications

Every morning at 7 AM, you’ll receive a text or email (or both) reminding you of your electric usage and account balance. Your account needs just a single penny in it to keep your electricity on.

Step 5
Reload Again

Just make sure your account has only one penny before 1 p.m., and you have nothing to worry about. Our customers can feel safe with our new auto-pay feature. If your account reaches $10 dollars or less, our system will auto load a preset amount from your credit or debit card.
